Balustat offers advanced tools for statistical analysis and quality control, while CutOpt optimizes cutting plans to minimize material waste and maximize production efficiency. Both software solutions support companies in process optimization and quality assurance.
Balustat
BALUSTAT enables quick and easy dimensioning of beam structures, metal components and connections. Load assumptions for snow and wind can be easily determined. The program runs under Excel and is therefore very easy to use.
Cutopt
CUTOPT enables quick and easy bar optimization. After entering the bar parameters and the desired positions, the optimum utilization of the bar blanks is calculated. It is also possible to optimize with two initial lengths or with offcuts. The program runs under Excel and is therefore very easy to use.
