Wind simulation FASSADENBAU
According to the SIA 261 standard for wind, it is difficult to determine the wind loads on a passarelle between buildings. The wind simulation showed that the wind loads are considerably lower than the SIA 261 standard. With the wind loads determined from the simulation, the laminated safety glass could be reduced from 2x12mm to 2x8mm. A big saving in costs and weight.
